Tarsus Risk was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that businesses deserve a true advocate in the complex, often frustrating world of workers' compensation and Professional Employer Organizations. We saw too many businesses stuck with overpriced coverage, misaligned PEO partnerships, and brokers who disappeared after the sale — and we decided to do something about it.

From day one, our mission has been to simplify the workers' comp and PEO landscape by providing expert advocacy, transparent guidance, and the kind of hands-on support that actually makes a difference.
