Workers’ Comp & PEO Services
Common questions about our services
What does a workers’ comp advocate do that my current broker doesn’t?
Most brokers place a policy and move on. As your advocate, we shop the inside market for hard-to-place risk, benchmark and negotiate your PEO pricing line by line, and stay engaged through renewals, claims questions, and exits. We work for you, not the carrier.
How does the “if you don’t save, you don’t pay” PEO negotiation work?
When we negotiate your PEO pricing, our fee comes out of the savings we create. We break your proposal down fee by fee, benchmark it against the market, and negotiate on your behalf. If we cannot save you money, you owe us nothing.
Can you place coverage if I’ve been declined or have a high experience mod?
Usually yes. A high mod, tough class codes, prior claims, or a lapse make an account hard to place, but creative program structures and the right carrier relationships (including PEO placement where it fits) can still deliver competitive, compliant coverage. That is the core of what we do.
Do I have to switch away from my current PEO to work with you?
No. We can review and negotiate your existing PEO relationship, advise on whether it still fits, and help you plan an exit only if and when that is the right move. Guidance comes first; changes are your call.

Hard-to-Place Workers’ Compensation
For businesses with high experience mods, difficult class codes, lapses, claims history, or operations standard markets won’t touch. We leverage deep carrier relationships and creative program structures, including PEO placement where it fits, to deliver competitive, compliant coverage. You get options, context on each, and our recommendation. Then you decide.
PEO Negotiations — If You Don’t Save, You Don’t Pay
Already in a PEO, or evaluating quotes? PEO pricing has more moving parts than most owners ever see: workers’ comp rates, admin fees, SUTA handling, benefits load. We break your proposal down line by line, benchmark it against the market, and negotiate on your behalf. Our fee comes out of the savings we create. If we can’t save you money, you owe us nothing.
